About Us

Family Owned. Athlete Driven. Established 2004.
Speed Camp USA was founded in 2004 by Wayne and Shelley Stewart with a vision to create organized, competitive opportunities for young athletes.
Wayne Stewart, a former University of Arkansas running back and high school football coach, built Speed Camp USA on firsthand experience, understanding both what it takes to compete at the next level and how to develop athletes at the high school level.
More than two decades later, Speed Camp USA remains proudly family owned and operated. Wayne and Shelley continue to lead the organization alongside their sons Chris Stewart (wife Charity), Kennedy Stewart (wife Justine), and Parker Stewart. Chris and Kennedy are former collegiate football players at Trinity University, while Parker is continuing that tradition as he begins his freshman year at Trinity, competing at the collegiate level as well.
The next generation is already part of the journey, with Camila Stewart, daughter of Kennedy and Justine Stewart, growing up around the game and the Speed Camp USA community.
Speed Camp USA is former athletes and coaches creating real opportunities for the next generation.
Our Mission
We believe 7on7 should be:
-
Competitive
-
Organized
-
Affordable
-
Opportunity-driven
Price should never be the reason a team doesn’t compete. We work hard to keep our events accessible while maintaining high standards across every league and tournament.
We also believe in equal opportunity for girls to develop, compete, and showcase their talent. Through our Girls Flag Football division, we are committed to creating the same structured, competitive platform for female athletes as we do for every athlete under the Speed Camp USA banner.
What We Do
🏈 7on7 Leagues & Tournaments
7on7 is our foundation. From weekly leagues to large two-day tournaments, we provide structured, high-level competition for developing youth programs.
👧 Girls Flag Football
We are proud to introduce our Girls Flag Football division, expanding opportunities and creating more pathways for young athletes to compete under the Speed Camp USA standard.
For over 20 years, our focus has remained the same:
run organized events, respect the game, and create real opportunities for athletes and families.
The mission hasn’t changed.
The competition keeps growing.
And we’re just getting started.
